Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

Waively is operated by Kestavar Ltd ("Kestavar", "we", "us"). By using this site or taking part in a Waively pilot, you agree to these terms.

Pilot stage

Waively is currently in pilot. Features described on this site — including automatic charge detection, payment, and driver nomination — are being tested with a small number of users and fleet partners, and are not yet available to the general public as a live paid product.

Accuracy

We try to keep the UK road charge amounts and penalties referenced on this site accurate and current, but schemes and prices change. Always check the relevant scheme's own website (for example Transport for London or Dart Charge) for current, authoritative figures before making a payment decision.

Intellectual property

The Waively name, logo and site content are owned by Kestavar Ltd unless otherwise stated. Charge scheme names (Congestion Charge, ULEZ, Dart Charge, and others) belong to their respective operators and are referenced for identification only.

No affiliation

Waively is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Transport for London, National Highways, any airport operator, local authority, rental company or clean air zone scheme unless explicitly stated.

Liability

This site and the Waively pilot are provided "as is". We're not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site's content or the pilot service, to the extent permitted by law.
