Waively for fleets & car hire

Every vehicle. The right driver. Every charge, accounted for.

A charge lands on the vehicle, but the person driving is somewhere else entirely. Waively matches each charge to the driver on shift and gets it paid before a penalty can form.

Owner's phone: today's charges matched to each driver
The problem with fleets

Auto-pay knows the vehicle. It has no idea who was driving.

A Congestion Charge, a Dart Charge, an airport drop-off: every scheme bills the registered keeper. In a fleet, the keeper and the driver are almost never the same person, and by the time someone works it out, the cheap window has closed.

2 weeks

before one driver we interviewed heard about a company-van charge. The notice went from the fleet company, to his employer, then to him.

£25

admin fee a rental firm charged another interviewee on top of the penalty itself. Hire firms already charge for exactly this gap.

10–43×

what a missed charge costs once it becomes a penalty: £18 becomes £180 in London, and a £4.20 tunnel crossing becomes £180 too.

How it works for fleets

Everyone else stops at the vehicle. We get to the driver.

Your fleet already knows which vehicle went where and who had the keys. Waively turns that into a closed loop, before a charge becomes a penalty.

Step 01

Add your vehicles

Plates once, drivers once. That’s the set-up.

Step 02

Every charge caught

Congestion, ULEZ, the tunnels, Dartford and airport drop-offs, the moment they apply.

Step 03

Matched to the driver

Each charge reaches whoever was driving, so nothing passes through three inboxes.

Step 04

Paid before the deadline

Straight to the operator, inside the window. Never a penalty.

Car hire & leasing

Your renters pay their own charges. You stop chasing them.

No penalty letters weeks after the car is back, no admin time matching charges to bookings, and no surprise bills for your customers, including visitors from abroad.

What fleets get

Built for the people who run the vehicles.

The right driver

Every charge linked to the person who was driving, not just the plate.

Hands-free

Drivers hear about charges without touching a phone at the wheel.

Paid on time

Charges settled with the operator before the deadline, every time.

One clear view

Every vehicle, charge and driver in one place, instead of a dozen accounts.

What we found

We asked drivers what actually happened to them.

Before designing anything, we reconstructed real incidents with UK drivers: what happened and what it cost.
